Some love stories begin with a grand gesture. Others begin with a simple message and a little persistence.
For Hannah and Andrew, their story started with an Instagram DM… and a polite “no.”
At the time, Hannah was finishing her final semester of graduate school, fully focused on maintaining her 4.0 GPA. Dating simply wasn’t on the agenda. But Andrew’s response told her everything she needed to know about his character. Instead of pushing or disappearing, he respected her priorities completely.
They kept talking.
And that quiet beginning turned into something neither of them could have expected.
After a week or two of getting to know each other, Andrew asked Hannah to go to the movies. This time she said yes.
The movie itself? Was Absolutely terrible lol.
But somehow, that made the night even better. Instead of focusing on the film, the two of them spent the evening laughing together, already discovering how easy it felt to simply be in each other’s company.
Not long after, they officially started dating.
Six months later, they moved in together and as Hannah puts it, they’ve never gotten sick of each other.
Ask Hannah what she loves most about Andrew and her answer comes quickly.
His kindness.
His bravery and courage.
And the way he can always make her laugh.
Andrew would likely say something similar about Hannah her loving heart, her eyes, and the warmth she brings into every moment.
The best relationships often feel both grounding and exciting at the same time, and Hannah and Andrew describe their love in three simple words:
Refreshing. Fun. Sublime.

The day after Thanksgiving in 2024, Hannah and Andrew had plans to meet Andrew’s family for dinner in St. Augustine.
While Hannah was getting ready, Andrew seemed… a little off.
When she came out wearing jeans and a sweater, he asked something he had never asked before:
“Do you think you maybe want to wear a dress?”
Naturally, Hannah was a little suspicious.
Andrew explained that his mom might want family photos since extended relatives were in town, so Hannah brushed it off and changed.
On the way to dinner, Andrew suggested they stop by Guana Beach and walk up the boardwalk for a moment.
That’s when Hannah really noticed something was up.
Andrew kept fidgeting. Adjusting the thermostat. Acting nervous.
When they reached the top of the boardwalk overlooking the water, Andrew asked Hannah to marry him.
What exactly did he say?
Hannah laughs when she tells the story because she truly doesn’t remember a single word.
All she remembers is the moment.
And the beginning of forever.

When it came time to plan their wedding, Hannah and Andrew knew exactly how they wanted the day to feel:
Relaxing. Fun. Surrounded by the people they love.
Their intimate celebration took place in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, one of Florida’s most romantic wedding destinations.
Hannah got ready in the beautiful Jose Simeon Suite at Bayfront Marin House, while Andrew prepared nearby in the Josephina Honeymoon Suite. The historic waterfront property set the tone for a day full of anticipation, laughter, and meaningful moments.
With just 50 guests, their wedding felt incredibly personal bringing together family members, siblings, nieces and nephews, and Andrew’s beloved grandmother Pat.
Just a short walk away, the couple exchanged vows at 9 Aviles, a charming venue tucked inside one of the most historic streets in the nation.
The color palette reflected the soft romance of the city itself:
Sand, eucalyptus, light pink, terracotta, and burgundy.
As the evening unfolded, guests celebrated with dinner, heartfelt conversations, and dancing before ending the night with a joyful bubble exit in the alleyway at 9 Aviles.

Outside of wedding planning and big celebrations, Hannah and Andrew’s favorite moments together are beautifully simple.
Taking their dog to the dog park.
Working out together at the gym.
Watching the Jacksonville Jaguars on the weekends.
Or their favorite classic date night: dinner and a movie.
Sometimes the best love stories are built on ordinary moments shared consistently over time—and that steady foundation is exactly what Hannah and Andrew have created together.
After celebrating with family and friends in historic St. Augustine, Hannah and Andrew will be heading across the world for their honeymoon in Japan an adventure that perfectly reflects their spirit as a couple.
From a first message on Instagram to a proposal overlooking the water at Guana Beach, their story is a reminder that sometimes the best things in life start with patience, respect, and simply getting to know one another.
And for Hannah and Andrew, the very best chapter is just beginning.
