By booking services with Laura Perez Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A signed contract and deposit secure your date.

Full payment is due prior to your session or event as outlined in your contract.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be communicated promptly.

3. Deliverables

Images will be delivered as outlined in your contract.

Laura Perez Photography may use images for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information, locations, and cooperation for a smooth session.

Permissions must be obtained for all private or restricted locations.

5. Liability

Laura Perez Photography is not responsible for injuries, damages, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
